Derek Sivers: How to start a movement

Derek Sivers as a professional musician he showed us in the video he played during his show that a leader needs courage and has to have the guts or bravery to stand out and show the thing or movement you want to start with.
In order to be a successful leader and choosing to show off the concept of yours other people should join and form a group and embrace themselves equally. Derek also said that in order to show how much you care about the movement and wants to be a leader show others how to follow and what to follow but also the other person who was courage is the first one who joined. The concept of this whole tedtalk was to show that for you to become a leader you should show your moves or words in order for the others to follow your lead and also you should be confident in your ideas and show couragement and excitement to what you’re doing.
